The Program is provided on an "as is" "as available" basis and Holotech makes no warranty to You of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in this Agreement, shall be interpreted as granting You any rights or privileges of any kind with respect to the Program. You acknowledge Holotech has provided You enough time for reviewing the terms and conditions of this Agreement before Your acceptance. Further, You hereby acknowledge that You choose to accept and be bound by the terms of this Agreement every time You enter or re-enter the Program. In the event You can bypass/disable by technical means the "I AGREE” button, by installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the Program, You shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL, DOWNLOAD OR USE THE PROGRAM OR PROMPTLY DELETE THE PROGRAM. BY PRESSING THE “I AGREE” BUTTON, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE DISCLOSURE OF CERTAIN PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION ("CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION") BY HOLOTECH.
